SELL MY TIMESHARE

Today more than ever, people are unloading their assets because of everything surrounding the economy.  So much that we've heard several people say, "I need to sell my timeshare."  It's unfortunate, but then again you may just want to get another one somewhere else, but either way we have the answers for you.  Obviously, there are ways to sell the different kinds of timeshares, like beach front, rentals, villas, and many other properties you wish to include.  Don't worry, we kept that in mind when discussing time shares in general.

If I want to sell my timeshare, the first thing I'm going to do is put it out on the market where a lot of people will see it.  A great place to do this on the internet is through Bidshares.  It's free to advertise on and it's one of the top timeshare websites on the internet today. 

 In fact, they are in the top 100 sites and are viewed by thousants on a daily basis.  Does that mean everyone is going to see it?  No, of course not, and you shouldn't isolate yourself to one marketing arena when selling your vacation timeshare. 

Meaning you should go somewhere else on the internet like MySpace and Facebook where you can advertise it on your personal profiles.  You'll be surprised how many people ask about the timeshares you have for sale on your page with pictures of the ocean, lakes, and beautiful sceneries.  These communities allow you to start groups and post bulletins to friends which can result in a chance to sell my timeshare, or in this case yours.

Listen, if I want to sell my timeshare, the best thing to do is get a digital camera.  When you are on vacation, make a video of the scenery around the timeshare, have a walk through in the villa or unit that is yours, and let people know what it looks like now.  Then using your laptop or the resort's internet cafe, upload your video to YouTube and put it on display for all to see.  Videos are the wave of the future and the business has been booming over the last couple years because of it.  Might as well add a way to view your timeshare, because you will also be able to place this on your profile pages through all the social communities.

Now, this is how I would sell my timeshare, and even though this is only an opinion, you should take a serious look at the benefits all these ways can help you in getting rid of your vacation rental.  Then again little things like placing an ad in the paper can also be effective, but why pay for something you can do for free online?  Something to think about, especially if you're looking to get the most money you can out of your timeshares.  Especially when you have to think about fees that will be associated with handing your timeshare over as well as closing costs.
